I remember finding this beautiful book gem, 20 years ago; while scouring around the Friends of the Library annual book sale in Gainesville, FL. The patterns and arches as featured above in the World's Oldest Library in Fez ( which was founded by a powerful women) reminds me of today's connection. This book has ornate patterns and beautiful textured papers like the library images found in the shared article.
